We Are Growing!
This video was created in the summer of 2016, but things are moving forward quickly and Old Farm is expanding rapidly. Now that our first homes are complete, we will be adding more infrastructure and streets. With the new streets will come many more lots to build on. We will also begin development on our first cottage home community, which will provide smaller homes that are comfortable and affordable.

Old Farm Estates is located in Sugar City. The property runs along Highway 33. From Rexburg take Highway 33 to Sugar City. Turn right on W3000 N. Take the first right on Cutler Avenue. Cutler Avenue runs through the development.
